Shift and Compensation
- 1st shift
- 6:00am-6:00pm
- Monday - Friday (Possible OT on Saturday)
- $16.00/hr
Job Duties
- Test production samples of Paint, Thermoplastic, Preformed Thermoplastic and/or Glass Beads; Reporting any problems to Chemist, Senior Technician, and Product Technology Manager ASAP
- Complete QC Sheets, create certificates of analysis, and update QC Logs within 24 hours of production
- Assist with pretest sampling and paperwork for batch approval
- Assist Sr. Technicians, Chemists, and Production as required with project and R&D work
- Maintain Lab equipment, including calibration checks, and work in a safe and organized manner
- Conduct all work duties according to ISO QMS and contribute to ISO Continual Improvement
- General lab work preferred- employment or school-work
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office, email and general computer skills
- Must be detailed in recording and reporting data
- Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken format
- Must be able to report and test in a timely fashion
