💼 What Youll Do:

• Independently perform complex laboratory analyses with precision

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized instruments

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in data documentation

• Support research protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across departments

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• ASCP certification (MLS/CLS) required or eligible

• Clinical or hospital lab experience preferred; research experience a plus

• Ability to follow protocols while exercising sound judgment in analysis

• Strong communication, independence, and teamwork skills

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the persons relevant experience and/or education level.
