Chemical Operator Trainee

ResourceMFG is hiring for Chemical Operator Trainee positions!

Location: Lafayette, IN

Two Shifts Available:

1. Regular Night Shift: 12-hr 5:45pm-6:00am, 3 days on 3 days off

2. Regular Day Shift: 12-hr 5:45AM-6PM, 3 days on 3 days off

Pay starts: $18.50-$19.38, potential for raises at 90 and 180 days

Tiers Days Night

Tier I: $18.50 $19.38

Tier II: $19.25 $20.16

Tier III: $20.00 $20.95

Job summary: The position begins in Industrial Housekeeping. Overtime, you will gain knowledge and new skills to transition into an Operator role through tier movement. Its a great opportunity of career advancement!

• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to details
• Valid Driver's License with driving privileges
• Strong trouble shooting and some mechanical aptitude are helpful
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds from floor to waist without assistance on a routine basis
