Assist with research, development, and evaluation of a leadership development program for postdoctoral scholars Collaborate in the development and presentation of resources around leadership development and assist with other related research, evaluation, and assessment activities on an as-needed basis Collaborate with Office of Postdoctoral Affairs to create an application for the program, review and select participants, and schedule and deliver the program Research and develop Canvas course content for asynchronous delivery of web resources and materials to support the leadership development program Use appropriate data collection processes to maintain and update program files and notes Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using appropriate strategies and tools
