• Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) rates range from $22.12/hr to $32.13/hr.
• Sr. Medical Laboratory Technician rates range from $23.50/hr to $34.08/hr.
• Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) rates range from $27.78/hr to $36.58/hr.
• Sr. Medical Laboratory Scientist rates range from $29.73/hr to $41.64/hr.

Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates!

In this role, there is the opportunity to -

• Process specimens for analysis following established protocols for precision, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Identify and follow up on critical, abnormal, and unacceptable test results according to predefined procedures.
• Troubleshoot problems with instrumentation, methodology, specimens, supplies, or results, and implement solutions based on predetermined protocols.
• Participate in test development, methodology evaluation, and equipment selection and implementation.
• Perform and document quality control procedures in compliance with established guidelines.
• Inform supervisors or pathologists promptly of any incidents or issues encountered.
• Operate, maintain, and perform minor repairs on laboratory equipment.
• Enter patient demographic and test information accurately into the laboratory information system.
• Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage.
