Associate Scientist

Associate Scientist Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a scientific professional to perform experiments, organize data, and analyze results with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Monitor and follow established experimental design and protocols to perform routine tasks and studies for reproducible and reliable results. Plan, conduct, analyze, and record experiments; provide interpretation of data. Develop and implement new protocols, collaborating efficiently in a matrix team environment. Contribute to internal and external reports, papers, presentations, regulatory documents, invention disclosures, and patents. Required: Minimum BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or related discipline. BS degree with at least 2 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical working environment, or MS degree preferred. Skilled and/or knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment and at least one major laboratory instrument/technique (HPLC, CE, physical property testing). Ability to communicate data and interpretations effectively within a work group and perform tasks with limited supervision.
