R&D Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities:

• The lab technician in this role would be working in the R&D testing division working with special projects across the country.
• This includes sample preparation, analyzing data and summarizing findings, and application of paints and coatings as well as general research methods used to test and evaluate polymers and coatings.
• Formulate new batches of products based on team objectives and Sr. Scientists' needs.
• Execute performance testing on coatings.
• organize and document R&D process, testing and results.
• Maintain an organized lab notebook.
• 1st shift working hours, M-F.

Qualifications:

• BS or BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, Biology, or related.
• 6 months of chemistry or materials science lab experience (can be from academia).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
