What You'll Need to Get on Board 1 year of quality lab experience Steel-toes Strong attention to detail and focus under pressure Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to) 25 lbs. What Your Day Will Look Like Perform routine laboratory testing on agricultural, soil health, fertilizer, and plant nutrition products. Collect, label, prepare, and process product samples for analysis. Conduct physical and chemical testing, including pH, viscosity, density, moisture, and other standard QC evaluations. Record and maintain accurate laboratory data and test results. Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Follow laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines. Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies and chemicals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory work areas. Support investigations involving out-of-specification materials or test results. Communicate testing results and observations to supervisors and production personnel. Assist with additional lab projects and duties as assigned. The people are all great hard workers, and they really care about you.
