Post Doctoral Research Scientists: Medicinal Chemistry

We are seeking several highly motivated, passionate, and proactive PhD chemists to join our organization to work on NIH funded contracts to develop novel small-molecule antibody drug conjugate (ADC).

Employment: Contract
Duration: 3 Months (could be extended depending on project progress)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize synthetic expertise to design and execute synthesis of target molecules and perform
multi-step synthesis.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Proactively engage in brainstorming and the generation of new ideas across projects.
- Maintain a high level of productivity in the lab delivering on team objectives and meet required
timeline.

Requirements:
- Ph.D. and post-doctoral experience in synthetic Organic Chemistry/Medicinal chemistry
- Preferred experience in small molecule synthesis, purification, and lead optimization
- Experience in ADC, Nucleoside, and Carbohydrate chemistry
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Recent Ph.D. graduates are encouraged to apply.
- candidates with J-1 visa and OPT status will also be considered.
