- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine inspections, sampling, and testing to ensure product quality and process stability.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain continuous production.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment status, and safety incidents.
- Support plant maintenance activities and participate in safety and training programs.

RESPONSIBILITIESYOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment with a strong focus on operational safety and process control.
- Knowledge of chemical processing operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate process control systems and perform routine chemical sampling and analysis.
- Familiarity with plant safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Experience with instrumentation and control technologies relevant to chemical production processes.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Technology, Chemistry, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with continuous process operations and batch chemical manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Commitment to safety culture and regulatory compliance.
