JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for the collection and testing of daily production samples to industry standards.

Wh You Will be Doing

  • Perform testing procedures, collect production samples for testing and analyze results
    • Testing can occur job sites or bch plants, must be mobile and flexible
  • Prepare test report with concrete physical properties and gradion results of the production samples, compare to approprie specificions, and submit results for review
  • Interact with customers to assure sisfaction with product and service within scope of project specificions
  • Perform merial and equipment inspections, check and calibre for accure measurements, perform stockpile inspections
  • Maintain proper documention of test results, site activities, deficiencies, and reporting requirements
  • Report product deficiencies to supervisors or delege for immedie action
  • Enter test da into da management system
  • Follow proper company policies, procedures, laws, and regulions including OSHA safety and quality standards
    • Report safety hazards and cree safety first culture
    • Participe in safety meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Wage Range: $22.00 per hour and up with Experience

Wh We Need From You

  • Ability to maintain proper tendance while working irregular hours, including scheduled Surdays
  • Valid Drivers License and ability to pass MVR
  • Ability to manage emotions in stressful or frustring situions
  • High tention to detail and ability to prioritize day to day tasks
  • Knowledge of product technical specificions, basic computer proficiency and strong mh skills with ability to use 10-key calculor
  • Commitment to safety, customer service and teamwork

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • ACI Field Level 1 Certificion Preferred
  • 2+ years of reled experience required

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

  • 75% locally

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly outside and exposed to various weher conditions including hot/cold temperures and rain/snow conditions.
  • Employee frequently stands, walks, sits, climbs, bends, reaches, lifts to 50 lbs, carries up to 50 lbs, utilizes manual dexterity, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, color discernment and requires active hearing/listening.
  • Employee occasionally crawls, kneels, pushes and pulls.
  • Employee is exposed to loud noises, heavy machinery, moving equipment, oil, debris, solvents, smokes, gasses, fumes and aggrege merials.
  • Required PPE includes safety shoes above ankles, safety vests, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hs. Additional PPE required if performing special jobs.
