We are seeking a motivated QC Chemist to support laboratory operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality and compliance standards are consistently met.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career scientists looking to build hands-on experience with advanced instrumentation while working alongside an experienced quality team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Laboratory Analysis & Testing
- Conduct chemical and physical testing using instrumentation such as GC, HPLC, GCMS, titration, pH meters, density analysis, and related techniques.
	 - Prepare laboratory samples, standards, and reagents following approved procedures.
	 - Perform routine instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities.
	
Quality & Documentation
- Accurately document analytical results within laboratory systems and records.
	 - Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality procedures.
	 - Communicate out-of-specification results or unusual findings to leadership promptly.
	 - Assist with investigations and support quality assurance initiatives as needed.
	
Teamwork & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
	 - Follow all PPE and safety requirements in accordance with company policies.
	 - Collaborate with production and operations teams to support testing schedules and manufacturing timelines.
	 - Provide support during onboarding and training activities when necessary.
	
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or another related scientific discipline required.
	
Preferred Experience
- Experience operating analytical laboratory instrumentation such as GC or HPLC.
	 - Familiarity with quality control processes and laboratory documentation practices.
	 - Manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial laboratory experience is highly preferred.
	
Additional Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
	 - Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
	 - Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
	 - Must be able to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
