🕒 Shift: Nights | 7:30 PM 6:00 AM (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri)
📅 Schedule: Full Time | Onsite
📆 Weekend Work: Occasional

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I , you will support highquality patient care by performing diagnostic laboratory testing and quality control procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established laboratory standards. This role supports moderate to highcomplexity testing and plays a key role in daily laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
• Preparing reagents and reporting test results in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Reviewing and overseeing moderate to highcomplexity testing
• Maintaining laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and supply inventory
• Monitoring computer applications related to laboratory operations
• Ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance in all testing activities
• Performing other duties as assigned in support of laboratory operations

Required:

• Associates degree in Medical Technology or a related field

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in a related field

Required:

• Clinical laboratory experience

Preferred:

• Minimum of four (4) months of clinical laboratory experience

Required:

• Clinical Laboratory Scientist / Technologist
• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Scientist License
