As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II , you will perform advanced laboratory testing while supporting team development, quality assurance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing advanced diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
• Preparing reagents and reporting results according to established policies and procedures
• Conducting moderate to high complexity laboratory testing
• Maintaining laboratory systems and ensuring operational efficiency
• Assisting with training and orientation of testing personnel
• Evaluating staff competencies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Promoting accuracy, compliance, and high-quality laboratory standards
• Performing other duties as assigned

Required:

• Associates degree in Medical Technology OR a related field

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in a related field

Required:

• 2 Years of Clinical laboratory experience

Required:

• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
