Required Skills: Proficiency in specimen processing and ABO/Rh/Antibody screening & identification Experience with antibody typing using tube methods Skill in crossmatching techniques: Immediate Spin, IgG, Electronic Crossmatch Conducting Indirect Coombs Tests accurately Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume setting (handling approximately 15,000 samples) Nice to Have Skills: Blood Bank experience in large facility settings Experience working night shifts in a clinical laboratory environment Familiarity with specialized compatibility testing and blood component preparation Preferred Education and Experience: ASCP-MLS or ACP-BB certification required MLT candidates with ASCP-MLT and ASCP-BB certifications, blood bank experience in large facilities will be considered and thoroughly evaluated for fit Prior experience working in high-pressure, high-volume blood bank labs is a plus Other Requirements: Valid certification (ASCP-MLS or ACP-BB); MLT candidates must hold ASCP-MLT and ASCP-BB with blood bank experience Ability to work the scheduled night shift (4 days/week, 10 hours per shift, 21:00 - 07:30) Willingness to participate in a travel assignment starting on 06/15/2026 Strong technical skills, comfort working independently, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment Join a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional transfusion support and advancing patient outcomes.
