Quality Control Technician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting ongoing quality assurance and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Bay Point, CA

Pay Range: $26.5

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Perform standard quality control testing on incoming raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products according to defined specifications.
• Calculate and report test results accurately and efficiently.
• Record test data into SAP and maintain detailed quality records.
• File and maintain retain samples; dispose of outdated samples following proper procedures.
• Maintain lab equipment in proper working order and perform calibration activities regularly.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a chemical laboratory environment, handling chemicals and reagents safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform continuous standing and walking during shifts.
• Willingness to participate in customer and regulatory audits.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and report generation.
