The TOOLS you'll need to have: Perform general materials analysis including polymer sample preparation, create analysis reports and communicate to stakeholders Conduct and design experiments associated with the processing of materials and optimizing material properties. Lead your own polymer materials related projects with routine reporting to cross functional teams Collaborate with a variety of engineering teams, technicians, outside suppliers and more. What TOOLS you'll bring with you: Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Materials Science and Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar discipline Experience with standard materials lab equipment (sample preparation equipment, microscopes, analytical testing equipment (MFR/FTIR/DSC/TGA), etc.) Extremely driven individual ready to lead their own projects, establish a schedule, and drive execution on their projects and assignments. Ability to communicate effectively.
