Dans le cadre du developpement de nos futures solutions techniques, nous recherchons un.e Subsea Marketing & Development Engineer pour rejoindre notre equipe Project Line Pipe (PLP) a Meudon, notre siege social. Vous jouerez un role cle dans l' elaboration de la strategie technique, dans la comprehension des besoins clients et dans la transformation de ces besoins en projets concrets (R D, optimisation process, innovation, valeur ajoutee). Ce poste combine vision strategique, competences techniques et interactions quotidiennes avec les clients, R D, ventes, ingenieries et nos usines. Mission et responsabilites : Vos responsabilites pour mener a bien votre mission sont les suivantes : Contribuer a definir la strategie Marketing & Developpement pour PLP : piloter les developpements techniques des solutions actuelles et futures en definissant et en executant les feuilles de route R D. Maintenir une collaboration etroite avec la R D et assurer le suivi des projets. Gerer la relation avec certains EPC/IOC : developper une proximite technique avec nos clients actuels et cibles afin de comprendre leurs besoins et leurs difficultes. Construire des roadmaps permettant de lancer et piloter des projets techniques collaboratifs. Etre un referent technique au sein de l'organisation PLP : maitriser les produits PLP et leurs applications, et fournir l'accompagnement ou les formations necessaires aux equipes commerciales et technico-commerciales. Formaliser les propositions de valeur : a partir d'applications specifiques, definir la valeur ajoutee d'un produit ou d'une solution afin de la presenter efficacement aux clients et soutenir les equipes commerciales. Collaborer avec l'equipe Marketing PLP : contribuer a l'analyse des tendances des marches onshore et offshore et travailler sur des etudes specifiques. Favoriser l'innovation : identifier les problematiques et besoins techniques des clients afin d'alimenter le pipeline R D. Vous etes diplome.e d'une ecole d'ingenieur ou d'un Bac +5 dans une filiere similaire Vous avez recu une formation en subsea, SURF ou field development, vous permettant de comprendre les enjeux et contraintes de ces environnements. Des connaissances en metallurgie seraient un plus, notamment pour apprehender les aspects materiaux lies aux tubes et revetements. Vous aimez evoluer dans un environnement multiculturel. Job description: As part of the development of our future technical solutions, we are looking for a Subsea Marketing & Development Engineer to join our Project Line Pipe (PLP) team based at our headquarters in Meudon. You will play a key role in shaping the technical strategy, understanding customer needs, and translating these needs into concrete projects (R D, process improvement, innovation, value creation). This position combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and daily interactions with customers, R D, sales teams, engineering partners, and our mills. Your main responsibilities include: Defining and supporting the PLP Marketing & Development strategy Lead technical developments of current and future solutions by defining and executing R D roadmaps. Work closely with R D teams and ensure proper project follow-up Manage relationships with selected EPCs/IOCs Build strong technical intimacy with existing and targeted customers to fully understand their needs and challenges. Develop roadmaps to initiate and drive collaborative technical projects. Act as a technical reference within the PLP organization Develop strong expertise on PLP products and their applications. Provide support and training to Sales and Technical Sales teams.
