Analytical Chemist (On-Site)

Please note that the position is On-Site (Monday-Friday) in Boulder, CO.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field is required.

3+ years relevant analytical chemistry or laboratory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in following SOPs and methods for analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, HPLC-MS (LC-MS), ICP-MS, IC, GC-MS, UV, and Karl Fischer is highly desired.

Ability to work with interdisciplinary project teams, understand project requirements, and follow project timelines.

Knowledge of analytical test methods used in the testing of oligonucleotide API or related pharmaceutical molecules is highly desired.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and execute laboratory-scale experiments using analytical techniques, including: HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS (HPLC-MS), ICP-MS, IC, GC-MS, UV, and Karl Fischer.

Perform analytical testing in compliance with ICH guidelines, cGMP standards, and internal SOPs.

Support API testing and pharmaceutical analysis using current best practices.

Accurately document experimental data in laboratory notebooks and technical reports.

Prepare and present data summaries and findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain analytical laboratory equipment, including preventive maintenance.
