About the Role
Westlake Royal Building Products is hiring a Quality Control Technician to support our growing Salisbury, NC facility. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspection, testing, and collaboration with production teams.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Were looking for detail-oriented team members who are safety-focused, analytical, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards as we expand operations.

What Youll Do
Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
Use measurement tools and testing equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Document inspection results and report any quality issues
Work with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects
Maintain accurate records and follow quality procedures
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus
Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection processes preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Work Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs as needed)
Frequent use of hands and arms to handle tools, equipment, and materials
