We are seeking a collaborative Research Engineer to join a leading sustainable construction materials R D team and help them drive product innovation. Location: 100% on-site, Malvern, PA19355 (on-site) Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8:30 am -5 p Hourly rate: 35$ - 50$ /h Contract: W2 contract under staffing supplier for 6 months (temp to hire) Key Responsibilities: Conduct corrosion testing on fibers and evaluate new binder formulations. Produce and test mineral fiber and fiberglass boards. Update raw material and product specifications to match plant needs. Document experimental results and data carefully. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field. 3+ years of overall experience, including 1-2 years of hands-on R D lab experience (co-ops/internships accepted). Strong knowledge of lab safety and data analysis.
