- Lead data analytics for large-scale genomics and multi-omics projects funded through interdisciplinary team science initiatives such as Cancer Grand Challenges.
- Develop and implement innovative and scalable workflows for data management, including data processing, harmonization, integration, and secure sharing across diverse platforms and research teams.
- Drive interdisciplinary collaborations by leading scientific reporting and meetings , identifying resources, and managing project timelines.
- Work with PI and collaborators to develop study protocols, refine analytical strategies, and support grant and manuscript development.
- Contribute to mentoring trainees across various disciplines who are motivated to become next generation leaders in clinical research.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
