Separations Scientist

Separations Scientist Employee Responsibilities: Execute experiments in support HPLC, CE and DLS development, optimization, and validation with guidance from internal management Perform testing for biotech product development and formulation constituents, including in processing material, release and stability of drug products, critical reagent qualification, and raw material and standard recertification DocumentReview test data generated within and outside the department Ensures testing conforms to current methods, GMP, and SOP requirements Sample management (receiving, aliquoting, log in, storage and shipping) Provide support to QC investigations through experimental design, data mining and analysis, problem solving and technical writing; Trend and report method performance data for Bioseparation assay Perform laboratory equipment qualification, calibration and preventative maintenance program as needed The Ideal Candidate would possess: Experience in executing HPLC, CE, LC/MS, particle size distribution, physical, and compendial testing. (Experience with Empower and 32 Karat preferred.)
