Job Description
Required Education:
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or related field.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Prior experience in Hair Color/Care or Consumer Products formulation.
Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
Strong communication and analytical skills. Quick learner.
Duties:
Formulate and coordinate the development and testing of hair care products under direct supervision.
Conduct stability as required by the supervisor, i.e., track stability, update results charts, and summarize data for review at each test period.
Document within Enginuity every batch made with details of the reason for the batch, batching notes, batch specification results and other test results as applicable.
Enter information into a notebook and utilize Enginuity for laboratory work as defined by R D Management.
Conduct efficacy testing as required by the supervisor.
Coordinate Salon Testing: Conduct laboratory efficacy tests and write reports detailing experiments, and analysis and summary of results.
Communicate formulation stability and efficacy issues promptly and thoroughly to the supervisor
