Associate Scientist

We’re looking for an Associate Scientist to support new product development and enhancements to existing formulas. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple lab functions while learning from some of the industry's best. This is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity for emerging professionals in chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.

salary: $29.99 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned projects with varying levels of complexity in a lab environment
• Record and analyze data, document results, and enter findings into databases
• Conduct stability tests and ensure product formulations meet commercial viability
• Perform lab maintenance, inventory tracking, and in-process testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project status to leadership
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory space

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field (required)
• 0–1+ years of laboratory or industry experience
• strong foundation in analytical techniques and chemistry fundamentals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or statistical tools are a plus
