Plant Process Engineer

Our client is a global industrial manufacturer spanning diverse industries. The Chemical Plant Process Engineer supports and improves manufacturing processes to enhance safety, productivity, and product quality with modern/cutting edge projects and work. Drives process optimization, troubleshooting, and project implementation while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production, yield, and quality Analyze process data and troubleshoot issues using statistical techniques Lead or support capital and expense projects within scope, budget, and safety standards Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and provide training Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus Experience in chemical/process engineering or manufacturing (5+ years preferred; entry-level considered) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Familiarity with process control systems (DCS, PLCs) and laboratory safety Eligibility for export compliance under U.S. regulations (ITAR/EAR)
