JOB DESCRIPTION

Action Group Staffing is partnering with a national industrial client in their search for a Chemical Operator.The ideal candidate will possess a BS or MS in Chemical Engineering and 8-10 years of direct engineering experience in manufacturing specialty chemicals and gases.PAY: $22-$26 per hourShift: Days 6am to 6:30pm, 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off 84 hours per pay period every two weeks Requirements of the Chemical Operator:

High School Diploma or GED

Chemical manufacturing or industrial plant experience

Forklift experience

Valid drivers license

Drug screen and background check

Responsibilities of the Chemical Operator:

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Experienced machine operator

Reaction systems, storage tanks, pumps, PLC systems

Record operating data

Draw samples for quality control

Load and unload raw materials
