This role ensures compliance with ISO 17025 standards, manages evidence handling, maintains lab equipment and supplies, and may provide expert testimony in court. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform DNA and serology testing on forensic samples. + Adhere to SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols. + Maintain evidence integrity and chain-of-custody. + Support method validation and equipment maintenance. + Testify in court when required. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field; 3-6 years of forensic DNA lab experience. + Graduate degree may offset up to 2 years of experience. + Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive materials.
