Are you ready to show the world what you're made of? General Responsibilities Conduct testing of QC samples in the Little Rock QC laboratory area in compliance with cGMPs. Test samples and provide evaluation of products. Perform SAP data entry for analytical results for all of the Americas. Perform instrument calibration and troubleshooting. Perform Out-Of-Specification (OOS) investigations In coordination with Corporate Analytical, provide analytical chemistry research to develop instrumentation methods unique to Little Rock. Develop and execute method transfer and validation protocols. Follow safety, cybersecurity, and lab etiquette guidelines for all work performed in labs. Assure quality, integrity, and traceability of samples and raw data at required levels, including Lab Notebook, electronic, and hardcopy records. Support laboratory certifications, customer visits, and site audits. Adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS), and all policies and procedures related to position assignment. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry and 2+ years of laboratory experience. An analytical chemistry background with working knowledge of ICP is preferred. Strong laboratory skills including instrument operation, data analysis, report writing, and document control. Good technical skills with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments. Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, strong math background, detail oriented, etc.) Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach with arms or hands, write & type. Ability to see, speak, hear, and smell. Must have depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision. Must be able to use personal protective equipment as required by OSHA standards. Able to work around chemicals safely. Other Essential Requirements Fluent in English Work Environment/Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily indoors in an environmentally controlled area. However, the position might include exposure to significant temperature variations, including both heat and cold. In addition, it requires exposure to significant allergens, including breathing and touching, and the ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, use tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; ocassionally climb stairs; balance; , bend and twist and move about the work area with or without assistance; talk or hear; taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
