Please do not share outside of the organization. Your Role: At Millipore Sigma, the Project Engineering will manage capital projects from inception to validation for the St. Louis engineering group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement engineering solutions to internal customer problems and opportunities. Provide project management and engineering on small to medium capital projects from initiation through start-up and closure documentation using project management models. Develop project requirements, schedules and manage all project costs. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Procure necessary contractors, materials, and equipment to support projects. Support departmental process improvement efforts based on annual objectives. Read and interpret internal and external regulatory agencies' policies, codes, standards and regulations Align project support resources to ensure timeliness of deliverables and escalate when necessary. Effectively communicate project status updates to various disciplines at different levels within the organization. Create or manage the creation of engineering/construction bid packages. Manage construction work in support of projects. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. 2+ years of work experience in design engineering, project management, or industrial/pharmaceutical production. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience working with ISO and cGMP regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with best practices of maintenance and reliability. Experience with chemical, mechanical, piping and HVAC preferred. Working knowledge of GMP standards. Self-motivated, responsible and team orientated individual.
