Process Engineer- Medical Device Coatings

Annual Compensation Range: $80,000-$100,000 Biocoat is committed to providing the best in developing, manufacturing, and applying coatings on medical devices. We are looking for a Process Engineer who is willing to support the company, including developing, configuring, and optimizing the medical coating manufacturing processes. This is a full time, on-site position, in Horsham, PA. What will I be doing as a Process Engineer I? Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Troubleshoot equipment issues Build process improvements and/or scale up of the coatings line and reactor systems Develop new process technologies to improve productivity, product quality and support new product development Assist with dip coater equipment to resolve problems, troubleshooting, and fixtures Specify and source equipment, documenting new equipment through qualification/validation activities Design transfer from development to production Interface with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and follow all applicable regulatory and quality requirements Prepare SOP's or reports Interface with customers, suppliers, auditors, and agencies Assist in the management of equipment calibration and preventive maintenance Design and fabrication custom components, fixtures & prototypes Do I qualify?
