Product Investigator: Chemist, Biochemist, Food Science/Nutrition

Consumer rights organization seeks person with science background such that they can spot false and/or misleading product claims such as "all natural", calories, fat content, protein content, "whole grain", etc. Can be a full or part time position. It is a remote position and you can live in any urban area in California. Time of day worked is flexible. Knowing the science behind the false claims is important as well as the ability to find the misrepresented products. A big part of this role is investigative. This is a great opportunity to do good.
