Details for Chemical Operator: Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:30 AM - 1:30 PM Pay Rate: $20/hour Full Time Contract to hire On-Site Job Responsibilities for Chemical Operator: Utilizing an automatic dispenser to mix chemicals Operating Machinery: Operating various types of machinery, following established procedures and safety protocols. Machine Preparation: Preparing machines for daily use, including cleaning, calibration, and ensuring proper setup. Monitoring and Adjusting: Monitoring machine performance, identifying potential issues, and making necessary adjustments to settings or processes. Quality Control: Inspecting parts or products for quality, using measuring tools and adhering to quality standards. Job Requirements for Chemical Operator: Machine Operation: Understanding how to set up, operate, and adjust various types of machinery, including CNC machines. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, or operational issues that arise during machine operation. Quality Control: Performing checks to ensure that products meet quality standards and identifying any defects.
