Primera Analytical Solutions Corporation is looking for Scientist III (2 Positions)Location of Employment: Cranbury, NJJob DutiesDevelop, validate, and execute test methods to detect enzyme, DNA, protein in living cells and other biological samples using SpectraMax Microplate Readers, Gyrolab xPlore. Present the scientific findings to scientists, management and clients in written reports that summarize each type of experiments performed, detailed experimentalprocedures, perimeters applied, acceptance criteria assessed, and results derived, and provide conclusions and recommendations. Develop methods to test new cell therapy and gene therapy products in pre-clinical and clinical studies to identify specific genetic targets and gene replacement by Applied Biosystem. Use HR-MS, LC-MS to research the metabolites of drugs in the human body and to determine drug impurities. Provide technical support and lead junior scientist in troubleshooting and investigations during Bio-analytical study execution. Minimum Job Requirement Masters degree in Biotechnology or a closely related field. 6-month biochemist or biological related experience as Associate Scientist, Scientist or related occupation in the pharmaceutical industry with all: 1) independent method validation, 2) method development (potency assays, peptide mapping, host cell protein, Enzyme assays, ImmunoSpot Analyzer, Cell transduction assays, Real-time PCR assay, etc.), 3) analytical methods development using Applied Biosystem, HR-MS, Spectral Flow Cytometer, SpectraMax, LC-MS, Gyrolab, xPlore, and 4) data generation using SoftMax Pro GxP, Gyrolab, EnvisionTM, Multilabel Reader, ICM-Pro, Empower, CHROMELEON7, Analyst.Job Type: 40 hrs, 5 days (Full-time)Please send resumes to Chelsie Zheng, Primera Analytical Solutions Corporation, ....
