Your Role:

• Conduct essential laboratory tests across a variety of areas, including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, bacteriology, and more, to assist in diagnosing and treating patients.
• Maintain and calibrate diagnostic equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
• Document and maintain comprehensive laboratory records, logs, and reports.
• Supervise, train, and offer technical support to junior staff when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with all laboratory standards and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• For MLTs : You must have West Virginia Clinical Laboratory Technician and Technologist Licensure and Certification, with an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant Program or relevant lab experience.
• For MTs : A Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or a related field is required, along with CLIA certification and a minimum of two years of experience in complex laboratory testing.
• Both MLTs and MTs should have a deep understanding of diagnostic tests, a passion for patient care, and the ability to explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.
