Chemist I (Medical)

Kelly Science & Clinical is currently hiring a Chemist I (Medical) for a temporary full-time role (approximately 6 months to one year) for our client in Valencia, CA. Salary/Compensation: $25 $26/hour

Schedule: Full-Time with potential for overtime

• Perform transfer, pipetting, and weighing tasks
  
• Mix and pour epoxy
  
• Record radionuclide and activities in Microsoft D365
  
• Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of production labs and facilities
  
• Operate gamma camera scanning
  
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product production

• Bachelor degree in chemistry, biochemistry or related
  
• Proficient in using standard laboratory equipment such as pipettors, balances, mixers, and ovens
  
• Familiarity with containment apparatus like hoods and gloveboxes is advantageous
  
• Outstanding manual dexterity and a steady hand
  
• Must prioritize safety, cleanliness, and organization
  
• Demonstrate solid judgment and decision-making skills
  
• Capable of working independently and managing assigned production tasks
  
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
