- Operate lab equipment for strengthening, balancing, blending, and mixing of products to achieve test results.
- Work safely and utilize proper safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and dust masks when required.
- Work extensively with powder and adhesive products to perform tests requested by Chemists, Supervisors, and Group Leaders.
- Document all test results and findings accurately.
- Proficiency in Chemistry, Quality Control, Wet Chemistry, QC, and Titration.
- Experience working with lab equipment, including strength testing, mixing, and blending equipment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry is preferred but not required.
- A drive and passion to learn and grow within research and development.
