Position : Entrepreneurial-minded teammate that will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of hydrogen purification and delivery processes, to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting process analysis, and developing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges in the new hydrogen economy. Responsibilities : Partner in the design and implementation of new plants and technologies, along with debottlenecking of existing facilities Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and process staff. Interface with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors Estimate cost limits and budgets for projects and new designs Assist the company leadership as an entrepreneur Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Utilize problem solving skills to identify solutions to improve production efficiency Research and implement best safety practices and procedures May participate in large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area Maintain existing engineering designs while implementing Management of Change protocols Qualifications : BS / MS in chemical or mechanical engineering Demonstrated track record in engineering roles; P.E. designation not required but a plus 15+ years of experience solving process problems with process/equipment design as well as operating facilities in an industrial environment Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and statistical analysis Proficient in process analysis, process modeling, statistical analysis and simulation software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards Willingness to travel (expected 15% or less) Ethical Leader: Hands-on, Driven, Humble, Detail-oriented, Resilient, Selfless, Team-player Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills Hydrogen / Industrial Gas / Fuel Cell experience heavily desired Company Culture : Our company culture is deeply influenced by a military ethos.
