What You'll Do
As an R&D Lab Technician, you'll support the development of new and existing products through hands-on lab work and collaboration with the product development team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing samples and small-scale batches for testing
- Conducting physical property measurements and lab tests
- Operating and maintaining lab equipment
- Managing lab inventory and raw material supplies
- Keeping detailed, accurate lab notebooks and records
- Supporting scale-up processes and product development initiatives
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe lab environment
What You Bring
- 1+ year of laboratory experience in an industrial, academic, or research setting
- Highschool diploma or GED (No college degree required)
- Familiarity with lab techniques such as formulation, wet chemistry, titration, and analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab instruments
- High attention to detail and a passion for scientific discovery
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
