R&D Laboratory Technician

What You'll Do

As an R&D Lab Technician, you'll support the development of new and existing products through hands-on lab work and collaboration with the product development team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing samples and small-scale batches for testing
• Conducting physical property measurements and lab tests
• Operating and maintaining lab equipment
• Managing lab inventory and raw material supplies
• Keeping detailed, accurate lab notebooks and records
• Supporting scale-up processes and product development initiatives
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe lab environment

What You Bring

• 1+ year of laboratory experience in an industrial, academic, or research setting
• Highschool diploma or GED (No college degree required)
• Familiarity with lab techniques such as formulation, wet chemistry, titration, and analysis
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab instruments
• High attention to detail and a passion for scientific discovery

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
