As a Quality Lead, your dedication to excellence in quality and compliance becomes the backbone of Reckitt's Health Division. Here, youll be influencing global health outcomes through meticulous attention to our products and processes. Your expertise will not only maintain the highest standards within our supply and distribution chains but also empower our mission to protect, heal, and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.
Your responsibilities- Conduct audits and inspections of products, processes, and systems to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential quality issues, and then report findings to management.
- Work closely with other departments, such as production, maintenance and engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Work with training team to ensure training on quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality problems to prevent recurrence.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
- Ensure and maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records.
- Other responsibilities as directed by Quality Operations Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: To identify and resolve quality issues.
- Attention to detail: To ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills: To collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies: Such as ISO standards
- Experience with quality control procedures and tools: Such as inspection equipment and software.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations:
