Associate Scientists (Formulations & Materials Science), (Plainsboro, NJ)Contribute to developing new flavor and fragrance delivery systems that are based on business needs in an agile research team. Plan smart laboratory experiments using Mixture Design or Design of Experiments to collect data for modeling and simulating performance prediction of our formulations. Contribute to IP landscaping by reviewing published patents and work towards creating inventive formulations and processes that allow for filing our own patent applications in this competitive field. Build upon digital literacy in data analysis, programming, statistics and modeling by continuous education to improve programming skills in suitable programming languages such as R or python. Share scientific findings through presentations and written reports using growing communication and scientific writing skills. Contribute to high-impact peer-reviewed scientific publications or conference poster- presentations to highlight the company's scientific excellence. Base annual salary: $90,024.22. The salary or hourly wage provided reflects the expected pay for a successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicants job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
