Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct routine chemical testing of finished products and stability samples using chromatographic and other validated test methods.
-Test pharmaceutical products for strength, impurities, identity, and other characteristics using HPLC and wet chemistry techniques.
-Report out-of-specification or unexpected results and handle non-routine analytical issues.
-Perform instrument calibrations and verifications as required.
-Accurately document testing and analysis results.
-Prepare test solutions and maintain clean work areas and instruments.
-Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, GLPs, and safety guidelines.
-Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree or higher in a physical science (preferably Chemistry).
1-2 years of experience with chromatographic techniques (preferably HPLC).
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of HPLC.
Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered.
Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of basic instrumental technologies and chemical analysis methods.
Awareness of pharmaceutical industry quality and regulatory requirements.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to follow SOPs, cGMPs, and other work guidelines.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and seek additional assignments when needed.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to apply mathematical operations in testing and analysis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative in learning opportunities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
