Details:

• Pay: $35$39/hr

• Schedule: Standard business hours

• Type: Temp-to-Hire (3-month temp period)

The Role:
Work with a leading food and beverage innovator to develop and enhance juice concentrates and flavor products. Youll lead R&D efforts, create formulations, and provide technical support across teams and to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new and improved formulations

• Conduct feasibility and cost analyses

• Draft formulas, specifications, and instructions

• Support production scale-up and QC

• Train junior chemists and manage samples

• Collaborate with clients and provide on-site support

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Food Technology or related field

• 57 years in food product development

• Experience in leadership or supervision
