Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic Production Operations team in Coppell.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
Requirements:
- Support the Quality Manager with the collection, organization, and analysis of quality data and reports
- Maintain accurate records of quality metrics, incidents, and resolutions
- Track progress against quality objectives and ensure data integrity in reporting systems
- Prepare, format, and distribute regular quality reports to internal stakeholders
- Identify trends or anomalies in quality data and escalate them as needed
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality documentation and processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through written reports and presentations
- Perform administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the Quality department
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including ability to create spreadsheets, perform data analysis, utilize formulas, and create charts/graphs
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Analytical thinker with experience interpreting and visualizing data
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a quality, compliance, or administrative role is a plus
Shift: Monday Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $ 16.28 - 25.20 USD Hourly
