What to Expect

Schedule: Nights: 11:00 PM -7:30 AM with weekend rotation

Paid Training -6 weeks-Days M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Med Lab Scientist, youll get to:

• Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match. (Ref Lab)
• Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.
• Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
• Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success. Note: Will accept MLS I to MLS IV (depending on experience)

• Accepting MLS I, II, or III

  MLS I

  • Must have a degree in Medical Lab Science OR an ASCP certification as MLS /MT
  • $37.16/hour

  MLS II

  • ASCP MLS/BB certification required.
  • Two years in a Clinical Laboratory setting required.
  • $42.73-$44.77/hour

  MLS III

  • Certification :SBB preferred MLS /BB accepted
  • 3 years lab exp with 1 year IRL
  • 2 years lead/charge experience required
  • $49.14-51.48
