The ideal candidate will support the mammalian protein expression group by performing basic mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques for various protein expression needs. Employee Responsibilities:Maintain mammalian cells and prepare cell culture to conduct transfection/protein expression experiment.Provide general molecular biology support (plasmid preparation, PCR and cloning)Assistance in general lab task and supply managementWork collaboratively with PBS team on-site to achieve critical research objectives and timelines.Detail oriented and precise in routine lab practiceAppropriate documentation of all experimental results.QualificationsAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipBachelor's Degree in biological sciences (biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or similar discipline).1-2 years of relevant academic or industrial experienceStrong attention to detail is essential.Experience in cell culture and DNA plasmid preparation.Additional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM.
