Job Description
The Research Associate position will be responsible for conducting applied research in support of ALERRTs training curriculum. Most of the studies will involve testing aspects of law enforcement performance, decision-making, and skill retention. Tasks will include designing studies, recruiting participants, collecting data, conducting analyses, and drafting manuscripts in conjunction with ALERRTs research team.
Job Duties
+ Design experimental studies to test aspects of ALERRTs training
+ Draft IRB protocols.
+ Recruit and manage participants for scheduled studies
+ Create datasets from responses collected during data collection.
+ Conduct analyses.
+ Draft scholarly products to disseminate findings.
+ Occasional travel to conduct data collection.
+ Other duties as assigned.
