Pay Rate: $21.73

Job purpose & Scope

• Performs the analytical evaluation of raw material, intermediate and finished products, making pass / fail decision.
• Makes risk analysis and usage decision of non- conformances. Generates analytical documentation.

Base criteria

Education / Experience

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent
• 0-2 Years applying analytical skills in food/flavor/pharma or fragrance industry

Skills & Ability

Knowledge of Industry & Regulation

• English fluency to interact with other IFF affiliate sites.
• Knowledge & Experience in Quality Control with a broad understanding of analytical chemistry.
• Ability to handle GCMS, LCMS & ICPMS, including interpretation experience
• SAP advanced knowledge QM module Quality

Quality Best Practice

• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, regulatory affairs and critical control points
• Familiar with allergens and contaminants declaration process
• Computer skills; Excel, Word

Project Management Skill

• Understanding of project people and Management knowledge

Supply Chain Management

• Have a basic understanding of supply chain management flow

Leadership & Decision making

• Decision-making based on the test results; Performs checks and controls to assess validity of results
