Title: Entry-Level Chemical Engineer
Location: Bosie, ID
Status: 12 month contract with potential full-time conversion
Compensation: $33 to $43 per hour depending on experience
Shift: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
We are seeking to hire an Entry-Level Chemical Engineer to join our innovative team in Boise, ID. In this role, you'll support state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facility projects that power the core of our clients' operations. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget and schedule. You'll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinating work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will successfully deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems and products. You and other team members will work closely with client owners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - in this role you would work on the client's behalf to review designs, specs and drawings - provide feedback and comment for ultrapure water facilities/equipment engineering, including Clarification, Filtration, Polish, UV, Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, storage, distribution and delivery.
You'll gain exposure to all phases of project development, from reviewing technical specifications and drawings to providing on-site startup support.

Key Responsibilities
Review and provide feedback on engineering designs, specifications, and drawings related to ultrapure water systems
Coordinate with multi-discipline engineering teams and support startup efforts on-site
Participate in the development, application, and evaluation of engineered systems and products
Learn and align with client expectations, project scope, budget, and schedules
Assist with technical documentation and reporting for project milestones
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
Preferred:
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
Familiarity with ultrapure water systems (e.g., Clarification, Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, UV, Storage & Distribution)
Experience or working knowledge of Revit software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Eagerness to learn and apply industry best practices
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Passion for engineering, construction, and continuous innovation
