Sr Development Engineer

Senior Engineer - Intraoperative NeuromonitoringResponsibilities:Develop and maintain SW applications and systems.Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-quality solutions.Ensure efficient performance and scalability.Demonstrate a passion for software development, craftsmanship, and test-driven development.Plan, track, and communicate software development efforts.Contribute to design, testing, and documentation.Manage project lifecycle: research, development, design, evaluation, testing, and delivery.Prioritize work to identify root causes and create corrective action plans.Follow software development standards and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development.Perform duties in compliance with FDA and state regulations, ISO 13485.Handle DevOps functions.Adhere to company policies and codes of conduct.Ensure compliance with governmental laws and regulations.Represent the company professionally and uphold ethical business practices.Day-to-Day:Work in a very small team (3-4 people) and wear multiple hats.Focus on intraoperative neuromonitoring (80-90%) and updating the Excelsius Ion.Ability to learn and adapt quickly.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
